Please note that the State Fair has moved to The Meadow Event Park, in Caroline County, Va.  With this location comes new procedures, dates/times and directions.  It is very important that you review all information in Competition Guides and delivery instructions/maps received by mail. SCHOOL GROUPS - ATTENTION TEACHERS - SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS!  To enter your students as a group, please call the Youth Arts & Crafts Superintendent at 804-994-2855 or email competitions@statefairva.org for further instructions.  

 

Youth General Competition Competitors: Youth may enter on-line for free, but mail-in entries must be accompanied by a $5.00 surcharge per exhibitor (check or money order).  

 

Adult General Competition Competitors: On-line entries are charged a $0.20 per class fee.  Mail-in entries must be accompanied by a $5.00 surcharge per exhibitor (check or money order).  

 

All Livestock & Small Animal Competitors: Entries are charged per class (see Competition Guides for $ amounts).  Extra exhibitor tickets must be ordered when entry is submitted (on-line via Step 3 or on mail-in entry form).
